So that was understood from the words of Umm ‘ Athiyyah x : ( but not emphasized the prohibition against us ) because ‘ Azimah show ` ta kid ( emphasis added) . ” ( Ihkamul Ahkam fi Syarhi ‘ Umdatil Ahkam , Al – Jana book ` iz , p . 199 ) Al – Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al – ‘ Asqalani tberkata : ” As if Umm ‘ Athiyyah xhendak states that : ‘ He n hate when we follow the corpse , but he did not mengharamkannya ‘ . ” Al – Qurtubi t said : ” The look of the context of utterance Umm ‘ Athiyyahxadalah the ban is tanzih nahi ( prohibition makruh , not haram ) . Thus the opinion of Ahl-ul- ilmi2 jumhur . ” ( Fathul Bari , 3/186 ) . In the hadith of Abu Qatadahz them , he recounts: Brought in the body of a man from among the Ansar in the presence of the Prophet that he menshalatinya n , n he turns , said : ” This Shalatilah your friends , ( I do not want menshalatinya ) because he died with debts . ” Hearing this Abu Qatadah said : ” Debt it became my expense . ” Prophet n said : ” these appointments will be accompanied by encashment ? ” . ” This promise will be accompanied by a redemption , ” said Abu Qatadah . So the Prophet was menshalatinya . ” 5 Excluded in this case two types of bodies that are not required to be prayed , namely : 1 . Small children are not yet of legal age , because the Prophet n menshalati not when the death of his son Ibrahim as reported ‘ Aisyahx : ” N the Prophet ‘s son Ibrahim died at the age of 18 months , he did not menshalatinya n . ” 6 2 . People who fall fi sabilillah ( martyr ) because the Prophet n not menshalati martyrs of Uhud and besides mereka.Anas z bin Malik reported : ” Martyrs of Uhud was not bathed , and they were buried with their blood – blood , nor be prayed except Hamza ‘s body . ” 7 The second group above , if want to be prayed it does not matter even it is prescribed . Pensyariatannya but not mandatory . Why do we say it is prescribed ? N because the Prophet never did menshalati bodies like the small child in the hadith Aisha x : ” Brought to Rasulullah n remains small children of the Ansar , he also menshalatinya … ” 8 As the Prophet never menshalati n the body of a A’rabi ( Bedouin ) who died on the field of jihad . Ibn Shaddad Haad story : ” A man from among A’rabi came to the Prophet n . He also believed and followed him . Then he said : ” I emigrated with you . ” Prophet n instructing A’rabi some companions to notice this . When the battle of Khaibar , the Prophet n get ghanimah , he split it , and gave the part to A’rabi by handing over most of his companions . At that time, the this A’rabi tending their mounts . When he returned , they handed it to her ghanimah section . ” What is this ? ” Asked the A’rabi . ” The Prophet n is given for you , ” they replied . This A’rabi take the treasure and brought him to the Prophet n , asking : ” What is this treasure ? ” ” I share for you , ” Prophet n . ” This is not what I followed , but I follow arrows that I’m here – he gestured to his throat – until I die , and go to heaven , ” said A’rabi . N The Prophet said : ” If you are honest to God ( with the desire ) , He will menepatimu . ” They lived for a while . Thereafter they rose to fight enemies ( A’rabi participate with them , finally he died on the battlefield , – pent . ) He was carried to the presence of the Prophet n , after he was hit by an arrow on the body that has diisyaratkannya . ” Is this A’rabi it ? ” Asked the Prophet n . ” Yes , ” replied they were asked . ” He’s honest to God, then God was keeping his wish , ” said the Prophet n . Then the Prophet n mengafaninya with his cloak . Afterwards , he put it in front of him to be prayed . Among the Prophet’s prayer in the prayer n the body : ” O Allah , this is Your servant , he was out of the country for refuge in your way , and he was killed as a martyr , I bear witness to all of it . ” 9 T Ibn al-Qayyim said : ” The truth in this matter , one is given a choice between menshalati them or not , because there atsarnya respectively . That is one opinion narrated from Imam Ahmad Al – t . And this is the opinion of most men – cocoki ushul and madzhabnya . ” ( Sunan Tahdzibus , 4/295 as the Ahkamul Jana ` iz , p . 108 ) Is the Fetus a prescribed Menshalati Autumn ? Aborted fetuses be prayed if her soul had been blown , ie when it has fulfilled the age of 4 months . This is indicated in the hadeeth of Ibn Mas’ood marfu z ‘ : ” Surely one of you collected its creation in her stomach for 40 days , then became alaqah ( blood clot ) for 40 days also , later became mudhghah ( piece of meat ) for 40 days as well . After that ( when the fetus has aged 120 days or 4 months , – pent . ) God sent an angel who ruled with four words , said to the angels : “Write a charity and fortunes . ( Write anyway) whether he is happy or miserable . Then the soul is blown on the fetus …. ” 10 But when the fetus died before 4 months then not be prayed , because the fetus can not be regarded as dead ( because it has not had the spirit ) . ( Al – Kabir Hawil , 3/31 , Al – Muhalla 3/386-387 , Nailul Authar 4/61 ) The body of congregational prayer Conducted Prescribed prayer in congregation as the body of the five daily prayers , with the argument : 1 . The Prophet always carry it in congregation . 2 . The Prophet has said : : “Pray you as you see me praying . ” 11 But when they do it on their own then have tertunaikan obligation , as the Al – Imam An – Nawawi t : ” There is no disagreement that the prayer should be done on their bodies alone . However, the Sunnah , the body was carried prayer in congregation . For thus it is shown in the famous hadith that is in the book al- Saheeh , along with the ijma ‘ of the Muslims in this matter . ” ( Al – Majmu ‘ , 5/172 ) More and more pilgrims menshalati the body , the more Afdhal and beneficial for the mayat12 , because n the Prophet said : ” There is no one body ever be prayed by a people from the Muslims who reached the number of 100 people , in which they give to the intercession of the bodies , but the bodies are disyafaati . ” 13 Even the amount was less than 100 beneficial to the body , with the proviso that they are menshalatinya of the muwahhidin (those that do not interfere with tawheed with shirk in the slightest ) . As mentioned in the words of the Prophet n : ” No one muslimpun who died , and 40 people who did not shirk against Allah slightest menshalati body , but God gave them to her intercession . ” 14 Disunnahkan participating congregation prayer remains were forming three or more rows behind imam15 , as indicated in the hadeeth of Abu Umamah t , he said : ” Prophet ever prayer n bodies with seven people , then he makes three people are in the rows , the other two in a row and and two people left in the rows . ” 16 Afdhal the salat that it remains outside the mosque , in a place that is specially prepared for prayer remains , as it was done in the time of Prophet n ( Ahkamul Jana ` iz , p . 135 ) . Prayer Masbuq in body T Ibn Hazm said : ” When a man escapes from getting some takbir in prayer corpse ( with priests ) , then immediately bertakbir when he arrived at the prayer hall without waiting for the next Takbeer priest . If the priest has greeted , he perfected what takbirnya escape , and pray in between Takbir Takbir with each other just as he did with the priest . It is based on the words of the Prophet n the ( late ) went to pray in congregation ( masbuq ) that he was doing what he could get together with priests and perfect what he left behind …. ” ( Al – Muhalla , 3/410 ) Imam Standing Position When the body is laid to be prayed , when his body man , the priest stands behind the position of the head . As if her body was then the priest stands at the center position . This is indicated in the hadeeth Samurah bin Jundabzyang dikelu – arkan in Shahihain17 . Samurah said : ” I had a congregation behind the Prophet n when menshalati a woman named Umm Ka’b who died in childbirth . N The Prophet stood at the center position and his body bertakbir four times . ” 18 Abu Ghalib al – Khayyath t recounts : ” I never saw Anas ibn Malik z menshalati body of a man , he stood side by side with the head part of the body . When the body has been removed , brought in the body of a woman from the Ansar , it is said to Anas : ‘ O Abu Hamzah ( chewable Anas ) , please shalatilah . ‘ Anas menshalatinya and he was standing in the middle position of the body . Between us when it was Al – ‘ Ala ‘ ibn Ziyad al – ‘ Adawi ( a tsiqah of the tabi’in , including expert qurra ` residents worship and Basrah ) . When looking at the differences in the establishment of Anas , he said : ‘ O Abu Hamzah , the Prophet is thus n stand as you are standing when menshalati the bodies of men and women when menshalati corpse ? ‘ Anas replied : ‘ Yes ‘ . ” 19 Menshalati woman ‘s body Al – Imam An – Nawawi t said : ” If nothing remains except the women attending , then there is no difference of opinion about the necessity of their bodies menshalati . And that there is no difference of opinion when it fell off duty ( menshalati corpse ) with what they do . And they menshalati the body individually . But it does not matter if they are working in congregation ( with their neighbors ) . ” ( Al – Majmu ‘ , 5/169 ) The body of Prayer Procedures Salah ‘s body has a different procedure with another prayer , because prayer is performed without bowing , without kneeling , without sitting down , and without tasyahhud ( Al – Muhalla , 3/345 ) . Here are the details : 1 . Bertakbir 4 times , according to the majority opinion Companions , jumhur tabi’in , and Shafi’i jurists entirely . 2 . The first Takbeer with raised hand , then the right hand is placed on the left hand ( folded ) as it is done in other prayers . Al – Imam Al – Hafiz Ibn Qaththan t said : ” Scholars agree that the people who menshalati corpse , he bertakbir and raised both hands at the beginning takbir . ” ( Al – IQNA ‘ ilil ijma ` fi Period ‘ , 1/186 ) T Ibn Hazm stated : ” The raised hand when the takbir in the prayer remains , then there is no information to suggest that the Prophet n do it , but only at the beginning takbir alone . ” ( Al – Muhalla , 3/351 ) Ash- Shaykh Al – Albani t said : ” Not found in the Sunnah which indicates disyariatkannya arguments raised hands on other than the first Takbeer . So we are looking to raise a hand in addition to the first Takbeer is not prescribed . Such schools of opinion Hanafiyyah and besides them. This opinion chosen by Ash- t 21 and other Syaukani of the Muhaqqiq . ” ( Ahkamul Jana ` iz , p.148 ) 3 . Afterwards , berta’awwudz then read surah Al – Fatihah22 and another from Al – Qur ` an23 . Talha bin Abdillah bin ‘ Awf said : ” I’ve been praying corpse behind Ibn’ Abbas c , he read Al – Fatihah and another surah . He hardened ( menjahrkan ) until you hear by our reading . When finished the prayer , I held her hand as she inquired about the jahr . He replied : ” Only I menjahrkan my reading so that you know that ( read Al – Fatihah and surah in prayers body ) it is sunnah24 and haq ( truth ) 25 ” . Actually reading the prayers but the body is not dijahrkan sirr ( slowly ) , based on the information contained in the hadeeth of Abu Sahl bin Umamah , he said : ” The Sunnah in praying corpse , in the first Takbeer to read Al – Fatihah slowly then bertakbir three times and say greetings after the end of the takbir . ” 26 Ibn Qudamahtberkata : ” Reading ( Qira ` ah ) and prayer in the prayer read sirr bodies . We are not aware of any difference of opinion on this issue among ahlul ilmi . The history of Ibn ‘ Abbas c above , the Al – Imam Ahmad said t : ‘ Only he did it ( download jahrkan reading ) to teach them ‘ . ” ( Al – Mughni , al – Israr Fashl bil Qira ` ah wad Du’a ` fi Shalatil Janazah ) Al – Imam ash- Syaukani t said : ” Jumhur scholars argue menjahrkan disunnahkan not recitations of prayers corpse . ” ( Nailul Authar 4/81 ) 4 . Second Takbir , then shalawat for blessings on the Prophet n as lafadz in tasyahhud . ( Al – Mughni , al – Israr Fashl Qira bil wad Du’a ` ah ` fi Shalatil Janazah , ash- Syarhul Mumti ‘ , 2/526 ) 5 . Third Takbir , then pray specifically for the dead in the opinion sirr jumhur scholars . ( Al – Minhaj 7/34 ) n the Prophet said : ” If you menshalati corpse , Separate prayer for him . ” 27 Said Al – Munawi t explain the meaning of the hadeeth quoted above : ” That corpse pray with sincerity and heart for the purpose of presenting the body of the prayer is to ask for forgiveness and intercession for the dead . The demand is expected to be granted by the accumulation of sincerity and heartfelt prayer . ” (Footnote Ahkamul Janaiz , p . 156 ) In this case , saying the Prophet never taught practice n more mainstream than that in others . ( Ash- Syarhul Mumti ‘ 2/530 , At- Ta’liqat Radhiyyah Ar 1/444 ) . Among the Prophet’s prayer ever uttered n for the deceased are : ” Allahummaghfir warhamhu lahu , wa ‘ aafihi wa’fu ‘ anhu , AKRIM nuzulahu wa , wa wassi ‘ mudkhalahu . Waghsilhu maa bil – i wal wats tsalji barad . Naqqihi wa wal minadz dzunuubi khathaayaa kamaa yunaqqats tsaubul abyadhu minad danas . Wa min abdilhu daaran khairan daarihi , wa min zaujan khairan zaujihi . Jannata adkhilhul wa wa – hu min a’idz ‘ adzaabil qabri wa min ‘ adzaabin naari . ” “O Allah , forgive him and rahmatilah . Protect him from the case that is not good and forgive him , glorify residence , expand / the place of entry . Wash it ( from the traces of sins ) with water , snow and ice . Purify him from his mistakes as you purify the white clothes from stains . Act for her country better than his country , family better than his family and friends better than their spouse . Please insert it into heaven , protect him from the wrath grave and torment of hell . ” 29 ” Allahummaghfir lihayyinaa mayyitinaa wa , wa – ibinaa ghaa syaahidinaa wa , wa wa shaghiirinaa kabiirinaa , wadzakarinaa wa utsaanaa . Allahumma man ahyaitahu ahyihi minna fa ‘ alal Islaam , wa man tawaffaitahu minnaa tawaffahu fa ‘ alal Imaan . Allahumma wa laa laa tahrimnaa ajrahu tudhilnaa ba’dahu . ” ” O Allah , forgive those who still live among us and those who have died , those who now exist ( present ) and those who did not attend , a child among us , and the great men and our women . Ya Allah who you turn it on between us then revive it over Islam and who are you among our Mercy – kanlah then he died in the faith . O God thou shalt not forbidden for our reward, but do not be deceived thee we after him . ” 30 When the body was a small child , so endeared to pray in order to get a second person tuanya31 forgiveness and mercy as mentioned in the hadith al – Mughirah bin Syu’bah z.32 Scholars consider good to say the following prayer : ” Allahummaj’alhu dzukh -ran liwaalidaihi farathan wa wa wa ajran syafii’an mujaaban . Allahumm tsaqqil bihi mawaaziinahuma a’dhim bihi ujuurahuma wa wa – hu bi alhiq shaalihi salafil believers . FII Waj’alhu kifaalati Ibraahiima wa qihi birahmatika ‘ adzaabal Jahiim ….. etc. ” meaning : ” Ya Allah make this boy ( the corpse ) as a precursor for both parents , savings / deposits and reward for both. Ya Allah beratkanlah scales both with the child’s death , besarkanlah reward both. O Allah, make this kid the Prophet Ibrahim33 dependents and combine him with the pious predecessors of the ( small children ) the believers . Deliver him from the torment of hell – Mu34 Jahim with grace . Act for her house / land better than home / country , a family better than his family . O Allah , forgive our Salaf , the people who preceded us and those who preceded us in faith . ” 35 ( Al – Mughni , Fashl Ad – Du’a ` li Al – Mayyit Walidayith Thifl ) 6 . At last Takbir , pray before the prescribed greetings argument Ya’fur hadith of Abu Abdullah ibn Abi Aufa z she said : ” I saw the Prophet n ( when praying corpse ) bertakbir him four times , and then ( after the fourth Takbeer ) he stood for a moment – pray – for . ” 36 Al – Imam Ahmad t argues disunnahkan pray after the last takbir , as narrated by Abu Dawood in Masa ` il al – Imam Ahmad ( 153 ) . Similarly, in the opinion of Ash- Shafi’i Syafi’iyyah . ( Ahkamul Jana ` iz , p . 161 ) 7 . Then regards as regards the five daily prayers , and the sunnah pronounced sirr ( slowly ) , whether he priest or congregation . ( Al – Kabir Hawil 3/55-57 , Nailul Authar 4/82 ) So that we can arrange for a noble readers . May Allah make it a beneficial to us personally and those who read it . Amen . The truth comes from God I. As if there are mistakes and errors then it is only because of our ignorance . We seek forgiveness ( for mercy ) hence the At- Tawwabur Rahim ( Essence of Forgiving Many of His servants , the Merciful ) .
