From Salim , from his father said : the Prophet . said : Asyuro Day ( ie 10th of Muharram ) if someone wants it fast , then fasted on that day .
6 . Fasting as the prophet David . ( one day bepuasa one day break )
Sourced from Abdullah bin Amar ra . He said : Verily the Messenger of Allah said : “Verily, fasting is the most favored by Allah swt . is fasting as the Prophet David . d like the most prayer to God is prayer as the Prophet David . He slept until midnight , then perform worship and rest again on the third he used to sleep , re Prophet David fasted day and not fasting a day . ”
Regarding the issue of David ‘s fasting , the fasting days when hoses go on Friday or in other words get in the fast on Friday , it is permissible . Because the dimakruhkan is fasting on a Friday, which had been planned only on that day alone .
7 . Fasting the month of Rajab , Sha’ban and the sacred months
R.a of Aisha said : Messenger of Allah . fast so we say : he does not break the fast . And he was breaking so we said : he is not fasting . I do not see the Messenger of Allah . perfect except fasting month of Ramadan . And I did not see him fasting more than fasting in the month of Sha’ban .
C. Fasting is makrooh
According to the jurisprudence of 4 ( four ) schools , makruh fasting , among others :
1 . Fasting on Fridays in isolation
Fasting on Fridays legal makruh if fasting was done independently . That is, only specialized Friday just to fast .
From Abu Hurairah ra . said : ” I heard the Holy Prophet . He said: “Do not fast on Friday , but with one day earlier or later . ”
2 . Fasting a day or two days before the month of Ramadan
From Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet r.a . he said: ” Let not any one of you precede Ramadan by fasting a day or two days , but someone who used to fast , then fasted that day . ”
3 . Fasting on the day of offense ( dubious )
Of Shilah bin Zufar said : We are on the side on the day in question Amar Ramadhan her , then brought a goat , then most people away . Then ‘ Ammar said : Whoever fasts these days it means that he disobeyed Abal Qasim saw .
D. Fasting HARAM
Fasting is fasting is forbidden haram in Islam . Fasting is forbidden . Fasts include:
a. Fasting on the two holidays
Servant of Abu Ubaid Ibn Azhar said : I watched the feast ( ie following the Eid prayer ) with Umar bin Khattab ra , then he said : ” It was two days which is prohibited by the Prophet . To work fast , breaking the day of your fast ye all ( 1 Shawwal ) and the other day that you all eat on that day , the worship hajimu . ( Sahih Bukhari , vol III , No.1901 )
b . Fasting with a woman without a husband’s permission
From Abu Hurairah ra . from the Prophet . He said: “There should be a woman to fast while her husband is at home , on a day other than Ramadan , except by permission of her husband . ” [ 13 ] ( Sunan Ibn Majah , volume II , No.1761 )
understanding Dzulhijjah
Dhul-Hijjah (Arabic : ذو الحجة , transliteration : Dhu al-Hijjah ) , is the twelfth and final month in the Hijri calendar . Muslims disagree in determining the beginning of Dhul-Hijjah . Some use reckoning , rukyah , or follow the initial determination of Dhul-Hijjah in Saudi Arabia .
The significance

On the 9th of this month , Muslims who perform hajj before staying in Arafah , while not so fast hajj disunahkan Arafat .
On the 10th of this month , Muslims celebrate Eid al- Adha ( in Indonesia known as the feast of the sacrifice )
